Fees
VIRTUAL Repository (PPT+ recorded audio), before 15.05.2027: 250 € After 15.05.2027: 300 €
Authors will be required to submit a PowerPoint presentation with recorded audio. The presentations will be uploaded to a shared folder and made available to all registered participants
Fee includes:
- One recorded presentation in the Virtual Repository
- Online participation in all sessions
- Online Book of Abstracts
VIRTUAL Live (GOOGLE MEET), before 15.05.2027: 350 € After 15.05.2027: 400 €
In accordance with the Conference Programme, authors will connect at the scheduled time and deliver their presentations live via the Google Meet platform
Fee includes:
- One live presentation via Google Meet
- Online participation in all sessions
- Online Book of Abstracts
ORAL delegate in-person, before 15.05.2027: 700 € After 15.05.2027: 750 €
Fee includes:
- One ORAL presentation – in person
- In-person participation in all sessions
- Online Book of Abstracts
- 2 lunches
- 5 coffee breaks
- social dinner
Members of ESIS or IGF for the year 2027 are entitled to a €50 discount on the registration fee
IMPORTANT
Each registration entitles the participant to submit 1 Abstract
Conference registration canceled before 15.05.2027 is refundable but subjected to a €50 administrative fee
Conference registration canceled after 15.05.2027 will not receive any refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived
